The service

AI Hairstyle provides AI-generated hairstyle previews from user-selected images and options. Results are illustrative, may contain artifacts, and do not guarantee a haircut, color, texture, health, or appearance outcome. Use professional judgment before acting on a result.

Your account and images

You are responsible for account security and for activity under your account. You must have the lawful right and necessary consent to upload every image, including reference images. Do not upload another person’s image without authorization.

Credits and generation

• New users receive 2 free credits that expire after 7 days.
• One successfully stored result consumes one credit.
• A credit is reserved before provider submission and released if the job fails, is canceled, times out, or cannot be stored.
• Regenerating is a new job and costs another credit.
• One-time paid credits do not expire.
• Subscription credits do not roll over and expire at the end of their release period.

Payments and subscriptions

Launch payments are processed through PayPal. Prices and billing intervals shown at checkout control the purchase. A monthly subscription releases 30 credits per paid month. An annual subscription is charged yearly and releases 30 credits on each subscription anniversary month while the paid term remains eligible.

Canceling stops future renewal and preserves benefits through the current paid period. Refunds, reversals, chargebacks, disputes, expired subscriptions, and unpaid periods can stop future benefits and revoke unused paid grants associated with the affected payment.

Availability and model quality

We may pause generation when no approved model route is available, providers are unavailable, safety controls require it, or cost and quality thresholds are not met. We do not promise uninterrupted access, permanent compatibility, or search-engine ranking.

Ownership and license

You retain any rights you have in your uploaded images. You grant AI Hairstyle a limited license to process, store, transform, and transmit those images only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service. Generated-image ownership may depend on applicable law and provider terms.

Termination

We may restrict or terminate access for abuse, fraud, legal risk, attacks on the service, prohibited content, or material breach. You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

AI Hairstyle is operated by Li Sheng (李胜) as an individual in Hong Kong SAR. These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Subject to mandatory consumer rights in your location, disputes are submitted to the courts of Hong Kong SAR.
